Collecting and Using Your Information

Inclusion Health collects and generates personal and personal health information when providing services to you or someone else as requested. We have designated a Chief Privacy Officer who ensures our compliance with privacy legislation, including the ten privacy principles outlined in PIPEDA.

While Inclusion Health cannot review all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the Service, we reserve the right to block or remove any content that is deemed abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, offensive, or in violation of intellectual property rights. Content in discussion areas should not be considered professional advice or instruction.

These operating policies govern your conduct on the Service and failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and register under your own name. Promptly inform Inclusion Health of any changes to your registration information.

Account Access

Upon registration, you will select a User ID and Password. Inclusion Health may reject or change your User ID at its discretion.

Online Communications

Your participation in online communications occurs in real-time and is not controlled by Inclusion Health. While we do not screen content, we reserve the right to monitor and remove harmful, offensive, or unacceptable content. Do not post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, indecent, obscene, or pornographic material. Avoid charity requests, pyramid schemes, unauthorized copyrighted content, unsolicited mass e-mails, and activities that are illegal or infringe on the rights of others.
